Dylan and Aseela

There aren't enough words to thank Dylan and his wife Aseela for all their help and kindness. Dylan spotted us on the side of the road outside of Medicine Bow when we were more than a little desperate for help. Kip came up with a sore back and we couldn't go any further. Dylan and Aseela brought us hay and water for the horses and basil pesto pasta, fruit and strawberry shortcake for us. They checked in with us the following morning with lox and bagels, eggs and smoothies. Dylan then facilitated our transport to Miracle Mile where we stayed for four days to let Kip heal.

Nancy, the proprietor of Crossing Cafe whipped us up the most amazing burgers and fresh cut fries when we passed through the quint little town of Elk Mountain. We exchanged photos and stories before heading out.
